Two complementary streams of training
Formal, SETA-accredited qualifications delivered as full learnerships, and shorter non-accredited skills programmes drawn from the same quality-assured unit standards.
Full SAQA-accredited learnerships leading to a recognised National or Further Education and Training Certificate.
Short courses built from individual unit standards of previously accredited qualifications, counting toward Category F Skills Development recognition.
Occupational Health and Safety Act legal compliance training, available to us as a Prime Licensee of INTRA™.
Why non-accredited training still counts
Where a qualification's accreditation window has lapsed, the underlying learning material remains valuable and is repackaged as informal, non-accredited training. That training counts toward Category F (Skills Development) recognition under the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, even though it does not carry SAQA accreditation.
From learner to compliant supplier
Our Enterprise and Supplier Development skills programmes are built from the unit standards that make up our New Venture Creation qualifications. Delivered alongside those learnerships to unemployed learners incubated as Enterprise Development beneficiaries, they groom compliant, 100% Black-owned suppliers able to strengthen corporate supply chains.
